This course will detail legal issues impacting employees and employers liability in the workplace. Participants will learn to identify different employment/work relationships and understand the responsibility of identifying potential legal issues in the workplace. This course will address awareness of discrimination, harassments, and other employee issues that need to be addressed in supervision.
