Though “charcuterie” means cold cooked or preserved meats, charcuterie boards have become a way to serve your guests a wide variety or appetizing foods from meats, cheese, fruits, vegetables, and much, much more. In this class, you will learn how much meat, cheese, and other items you will need depending on the size of the gathering. You will learn how to cut, fold, and display everything to give your board visual interest. Learn which meats and cheese pair well together and good shopping options. Supplies in the amount of $25 will be payable to the instructor at the beginning of class. Bring your own board or tray to class.
