This course will identify how work behaviors result from values that may vary based upon generation, stage in career, and stage in life. Participants will reflect upon their own values and work behaviors so they may be able to better relate to individuals in different generations. This course will also detail how life experiences can shape work behaviors and create conflict. Participants will learn how to work through these conflicts that may occur based on the behaviors.
