This course will identify the elements of emotional intelligence. Participants will benefit from this course by understanding how aware they are of their emotions and the emotions of others. It will detail how to deal with negative emotions and how to utilize positive emotions to improve their leadership performance and that of their team. Participants will learn how to use emotions to promote positive work behaviors and enhance communication.
