 <a>www.ceo.eku.edu/communityeducation.com</a> stone setting upon Foodscapes, edible art or garnishing – whatever we call it, it’s an easy skill to acquire and it doesn’t require a lot of expensive equipment or tools. Participants will learn “hands-on” easy, basic techniques to make foods more attractive, decorative and appetizing.

Participants will need to bring a sharp paring knife to class and supplies in the amount of $10 is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.

Ages 16 and above.

Notes:

From this course, basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods will be practiced to make meat lasagna, shrimp scampi pasta, French baguette, challah bread and more. The cost of ingredients in the amount of $75 will be payable to the instructor the first night of class.
