This course will cover practical leadership skills to increase motivation and performance. Participants will become familiar with Maslow’s Needs Hierarchy pyramid and how it relates to employee motivation. They will discuss the meaning of attitude and hot it impacts motivation. This course will detail the stages of team building and the dynamics of motivation at each stage. Participants will learn what it takes to be a leader and compare various leadership styles and employee motivation.
