This course will provide a better understanding and awareness of the nature and causes of conflict. Participants will be able to more effectively resolve/manage conflict situations at work and in life. This course will demonstrate five modes in which people can respond to conflict and will enable participants to understand that different situations require a supervisor to use different conflict handling styles. It will also address effective feedback methods in talking with employees about performance issues.
