This course covers OSHA requirements for maintaining and posting records of occupational injuries and illnesses, and reporting specific cases to OSHA. Upon course completion, students will have the ability to identify OSHA requirements for recordkeeping, posting and reporting and to complete OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illness, OSHA Form 300A Summary of WorkRelated Injuries and Illness, and OSHA Form 301 Injury and Illness Incident Report.

All students enrolling in VILT classes with the EKU OSHA Training Institute Education Center must live or work in OSHA's Birmingham Region (Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, or the Florida panhandle). If you are from outside this region, please contact our staff before enrolling. Unapproved out of region registrations may be cancelled and refunded.
