This course provided participants the opportunity to learn vital skills needed to successfully supervise in today’s ever-changing workplace. This course is based around the following topics: Learning your New Role, Differences in Personality and Preferences, Solving Problems and Make Decisions, Expectations of Supervision, Motivating and Coaching Others, and Conflict Management in the Workplace. This class is the foundation module in completing the Basic Supervision Certificate.
