Learn the basics of arranging a charcuterie board for your upcoming holiday gatherings and events. You will learn how to slice cheeses, design salami roses, fold meats and cut fruits. Then you will learn how to arrange everything to have a totally amazing display that will impress all your guests. A palm leaf tray will be provided to build your charcuterie on, along with all the meats, cheeses, fruits and etc.
Notes:
Supplies in the amount of $35 will be payable to the instructor at the beginning of class. AGES 65+ ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE CLASSES - PLEASE CALL TO REGISTER (859-622-1228)
