Yoga - Beginners
Physically, yoga increases our flexibility, strength, endurance and vitality. It promotes calmness in our rapid-paced lives and allows deep relaxation and stress reduction. This class, appropriate for most levels of physical ability, will teach the basics as well as demonstrate the variety of yoga poses. Participants should bring a yoga mat.
